Ashley Davis and Ashleigh Korzack are the so-called "ditsy blondes" of the cast. (Don't blame me, that's what they call themselves.) They coordinate their outfits, but don't let the primping fool you: They are "hoping no one notices how competitive they are and how well they perform on the golf course."

Ash and Ash are Toronto natives, Davis now living in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Korzack in Starkville, Miss., where she is a graduate student at Mississippi State. Davis works in business development for the United States Olympic Committee.

The Golf Channel bio says:

Ashleigh Korzack and Ashley Davis want everyone to think they are an example of "blonde leading the blonde," and their arrival to the audition for "Highway 18" only fueled the fire. With the audition 15 miles from the Orlando airport, they somehow ended up 80 miles away at Daytona Beach before realizing they went the wrong direction.

Directionally challenged, maybe, but no one can discount their competitive fire. Best friends since sixth grade, the two played nearly every sport growing up and competed on numerous sports teams together in elementary and high school, each trying to outdo the other. Davis was one of Canada's top junior alpine ski racers, while Korzack played competitive volleyball for several years.

The duo's competitiveness and athleticism are genetic. Davis' father was a three-time All-American golfer at Ohio State and her grandfather, Frank Davis, is in the Hockey Hall of Fame. Korzack's father played professional hockey in the American Hockey League.

Golf became a part of each other's lives in high school, and both earned golf scholarships.
