The Campbells are from Heathrow, Fla., where Charlotte still lives. Rob now resides in Oviedo, Fla. Charlotte is a professional golfer, playing on the Futures Tour. Rob is a senior financial analyst.
The Golf Channel bio says:
Rob and Charlotte Campbell are so close as a brother and sister that they claim they have never fought.
An integral part of the Campbell's close relationship growing up has been through golf, starting when Rob introduced Charlotte to the game, taking his little sister out on the golf course at an early age. Their mother helped establish the women's golf team at Lake Highland Preparatory School so Charlotte who recently was inducted into the Lake Highland Athletic Hall of Fame could compete.
Although both brother and sister were offered golf scholarships Rob to Tulane University and Charlotte to Rollins College Rob turned his down to stay close to home, accepting a full academic scholarship to the University of Florida.
Charlotte's collegiate career was nothing more than extraordinary at Rollins, where she was a member of four Division II Women's National Championship teams (2003-2006). During this span, she recorded 10 victories in collegiate competition; was a two-time winner of the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships (2003, 2004); was honored as NCAA Division II Player of the year four times (2003-2006) and was a three-time Rollins College Athlete of the Year (2004-2006). Following graduation in 2006, she turned professional and competed on the Duramed Futures Tour in 2007, making cuts in nine of 16 events entered, including one top-10 finish. Currently, she is competing full time on the Duramed Futures Tour.
