If you are plagued by the banana ball - the big-time slice - you have many options on the market today for "draw bias" drivers. But if you're ready to try some extreme draw bias, then a No Bananas driver from Bob Burns Golf is one you may want to check out.

The No Bananas DAT 460cc Driver is the fifth-generation No Bananas driver from the company. Like its predecessors, the DAT (which stands for "draw alignment technology") has a very closed face. This driver sets up 7-degrees closed.

The No Bananas DAT has a shallow face - one-third shallower than the original No Bananas - and an elongated, convex, tapering crown made of ultralight titanium alloy. On top of the crown are three ridges (each colored gray) that curve from face to rear. The company says those ridges - and the "valleys" between them - help the slicing golfer visualize an inside-out swing.

And the company also says the No Bananas DAT has a more powerful sound at impact as a result of the crown design and materials - none of that "tinny" stuff you might hear from some of the square drivers on the market.

The No Bananas DAT 460cc driver is available, at the time of writing, in RH only with 10.5 degrees of loft; 9- and 12-degree-lofted drivers are planned to follow. The driver is priced, at the time of writing, at $350. See BobBurnsGolf.com for more info.
